15 well equipped OTs in 3 OT blocks.

Main OT block-

• Six well equipped general operation theatres and four super specialties OTs in the main OT block.
• Preoperative holding area with a capacity of 20 beds.
• All operation theatres have facilities of routine and specialized monitoring for anaesthesia.
• In addition to general surgery deptt also caters to superspecialities like neurosurgery, paediatric surgery, plastic surgery, surgical oncology, ENT, orthopaedic surgeries.
• PACU with a capacity of 20 beds and equipped with central oxygen and suction facilities with round the clock monitoring facilities.

Emergency OT-

• Two well equipped OTs
• Seven beds in pre and post OP recovery 

Gynae OT-

• Three well equipped OTs with pre and post operative holding area.
• 16 bedded multidisciplinary I.C.U. with high quality ventilators, multiparameter patient monitors, well trained staff and doctors.

PAC and pain clinic is functional in the main OPD block. A state of art first of its kind in north India pain clinic is run in SGRDIMSR with availability of multispeciality consultation procedures performed to manage chronic pain include noninvasive pain relief modalities nerve blocks and radiofrequency abalation techniques. Pain relief is provided for various chronic ailments like trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, low back ache, fibromyalgia, cancer pains, bergers disease, reflex sudecks dystrophy. Low back ache is managed by various modalities like midline, tranforaminal and caudal epidural blocks, facet joint block, epidural adhesiolysis and spinal cord implants.

Seminar room well equipped with multimedia facilities.

Departmental Museum, Departmental Research Lab, Demonstration Rooms- 4 Dummies for airway, regional anaesthesia & ACLS/BLS training, Internet facility.

Well equipped CSSD with Hydro extractor, Dryer, Air compressor, ETO sterilization, Ultrasonic instrument cleaner.
