Department of Physiology

Physiology aims at providing the students comprehensive knowledge of normal function of organ systems of the body to facilitate an understanding of Physiological basis of health and disease.

In addition to the traditional didactic lectures the department uses innovative learner centric small group teaching methodologies to impart training in the cognitive Psychomotor as well as affective domain to MBBS / MD students. The department conducts teaching as per MCI norms.
